Solution |

They were able to quantify potential savings of steering additional volume to key national accounts. They also recommended increasing case limit to $1k to reduce approval and subsequent driver downtime. |

This resulted in a reduction of over 5,000 hours in downtime and $540K in downtime savings. By shifting volume from dealers and independent providers to select national providers they were able to save $185K annually. |
